Buying

All buyers are subject to an 18% buyer’s premium. You may take a 3% discount if you pay by cash or good check.

We are happy to accept phone bids or absentee bids. This is everything you need to know about bidding:

Please call us or E-Mail us throughout the week to discuss the particulars of any items you are interested in.
If we do not have an established relationship, we will need identification BEFORE you bid.
We reserve the right to reject bids.
Phone bids will start on you for $50 unless absentee bidding starts the bidding higher.
Absentee bids are bid competitively, and equal/tied bids will go to the first bidder.

Limited shipping is available for a $10 fee plus actual shipping cost on select items. Shipping for items will be arranged by the buyer BEFORE purchase.
Winning bidders will be notified on Sunday night (late) by emailed invoice and payment and/or arrangements are expected within five days or items may be resold.
Absentee bids must be in by 3:00 PM on the Saturday before the auction. DO NOT email bids after 3:00 pm or on Sunday morning. Our computers are tied up with the sale and we will not receive your bids until it’s too late.
